relaxed

Life is stressful.

Sometimes it seems like we will never get a chance to finish all the projects we’ve started let alone take a break from trying, but it is very important to do just that.

Set aside 15 minutes to do nothing. Set an alarm to remind you to do it and when the alarm goes off, unplug from the world. Sit back and daydream, but not of things you want to do or have, just let your mind wander to anywhere peaceful and stay there for a while.

When you take a few minutes every day to relax, it boosts your mood, enhances creativity and gives you energy to finish those things you didn’t think you could get done.

You don’t have to call it meditation, just “nothing time” that you need and deserve.
It would benefit you greatly to do it every day.
